Payment Terms
Project fees are invoiced according to the engagement agreement. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payment may result in suspension of services or project termination.
Timeline and Milestones
Project timelines are estimates based on assumptions documented during discovery. Delays caused by client decisions, resource unavailability, or external factors may affect the timeline. We will communicate any material changes to you promptly.
Data Access and Security
During projects, we may require access to your systems and data to implement solutions. You are responsible for granting appropriate access and ensuring your data is backed up. We will follow your security and compliance requirements and return or destroy data upon project completion as specified in the engagement agreement.
